Truth is Eric......I think the trick is finding speakers that work well in 212 cabs and so far my favorites are the 80s and the 100s.

Well I understand that Rich...but I've told you before...that the Scumbacks sound awesome out of the box....and only get better w/ age. So don't worry about the break-in....they are a 10/10 out of the box...and go to 11 after 20-40 hours of playing.

I've done TONS of swapping....wayyy to much honestly...and there's a clear winner in the M75 / H75 combo in a 2x12! :)

I hear ya bro. They are on my list, so one day. ;)

For now, the Elite 80s and K-100s are doing me fine. I am really liking my tones. I don't hear huge differences between the 80s and 100s other than slightly more lows in the 100s and less highs but barely. Either way.....both are killer.

I know some say 100 watters need more signal....but the K-100s kill with the Egnater Mod 50 and my 50 watt VHT.

Very cool video, I had seen the shorter one but never the multi brand version. I dont particularly care for the tone, but I can say for sure that the Tone Tubbies sounded TERRIBLE and I definitely need to get some EV12's!
