Prepping:

Add a teaspoon of bleach to a 5 gallon jug of tap water and it'll stay drinkable for a long time.

If you're in an apocalyptic, chaotic new world. You don't want to be the one found hording resources in a stationary location by a mobile person, or group with lots of ammo.

These guys fantasize about protecting their stash/property in such situations. Won't take much to covertly scout their compound, and pop them while they're not expecting.

I stand by, all you need is Ammo.

California is the "canary in the coal mine" for the zombie apocalypse which will alert the rest of the country it started and give us more time to finalze and get everything in order.

mobility, invisibility / visibility, logistics, weapons are important IMO. I have salt marshes on three sides, one road in; one of my hobbies is long range shooting, including at night with a FLIR system. (edit: also have a few good spots in the marshes solid ground surrounded by marsh grasses and good visibility out...except for the mosquitos and gators.)
