US and other Western colonial imperial countries meddle in the internal affairs and make demands of foreign governments vs China who makes a business deal with these countries that is mutually beneficial and acceptable to both parties.

More and more countries are choosing BRICS over the G7 for their future.

it's about cost of living, crime, poverty, education, employment, and number of people leaving.

You're still gonna find high end areas / real estate in most states, even in decline; the top 10% have options and can manage the decline better than the bottom 90%.
