Ending poverty would wipe out the dem party , the only way they survive is to make sure people become dependent on them . That's why democrat policies are purposely designed to MAINTAIN poverty NEVER to end poverty .

It's one of the biggest reasons democrats adamantly refused to allow inner city teens better education , better education tends to lead to independent African Americans and that's not allowed . Can't allow people to not be dependent on government that would mean a lost dem voter.

School choice allows public education funds to follow students to the schools or services that best fit their needs —whether that’s to a public school, private school, charter school, home school or any other learning environment families choose.
