I have an ESP/LTD body S style guitar and was thinking about swapping the neck out at some point down the road for a chunkier neck. other than the offset 4 bolt neck plate on the esp (if I get a Warmoth neck would get it without the pre-drilled mounting holes) does anyone know if the Warmoth necks fit these ESP/LTD bodies?

You would probably need to measure the heel on your ESP. Warmoth necks are made with 2 3/16" width heels, which is what Fender usually runs. It fits a lot of others as well. They have a list of known non-compatible makes on their site. On the plate, is your plate that angled type, because those are fine, but the type with non square bolt patterns can be problematic depending where the truss rod adjustment is.

Me thinks there are too many potential problems
You might as well get a full Warmoth built

Completely concur with this....

I tried to mate an ESP body with a USACG neck (same idea as the warmoth neck) and while the neck fit the neck-pocket of the body just fine, the floyd-rose bridge bushings were not in the right position for a standard floyd-rose setup and the guitar could not properly intonate. Ended up buying a USACG body and re-selling the ESP body....

Why not just ask Warmoth? Perhaps you can send them the body and they will custom fit a heel. Tom Anderson once made me a neck for an old Anderson body and that was a requirement. My neck needed to be replaced and even he needed the body for it to fit correctly. It isn't really rocket science. If they won't do it, I am sure there are plenty of places that will. Why have a whole new body made, if you like the one you have?
