Those fancy tops will do that. Bad enough the plain painted tops start at $3,699 and go up from there.

You're still in ESP pricing though, so may as well consider your options around the same price point IMO

...the Majesty has an active preamp, and piezo so if you need acoustic too. It's the most versatile guitar I own, I plan to get one more, I have one that's a 2015 or 2016 with the older pickups, I plan to get one more from the latest/current run with the latest pickups...but not a fancy wood model

Dude, no. For god sakes man. If it had come by that condition naturally over years of being played, possibly. Jesus Christ that thing is fucking hideous.

Mine. Relic'ed by being in my possession since about 1980 and my father's since it was new in 1974. Complete with the obligatory neck/headstock crack which I repaired myself a decade ago and which is quite a bit less noticeable than that one.
