LOL.....most of the movie shots have the headstock removed cause we all know what was at the end for all of those years

Fender still sucks :D

that interview was damn cool. I wish there was more footage of that kind of stuff. Its interesting to hear different ideas and approaches.

Any guesses on what the amp is behind him as he's sitting there in that vid? The black 4-holer with the silver face?

Yeah...I was looking at that as well. Maybe Mr original Brown?

I dunno, I wish the vid was clearer. The Shark (Ibanez Destroyer) is hanging up on the wall over his left shoulder. And there's a Wolfgang leaning against the wall over his right.

I signed up for GuitarWorld like 2 weeks ago and haven't gotten any yet. I hope to get this next week!

I love Eddie but I'm sooooo skeptical. I happened to be reading an old issue of GW last night. An issue from right before VHIII came out. By the tone of the interview, his appearance, and attitude, you would have thought he was ready to conquer the world. He was adamant about how he had hit rock bottom and felt so good about never going back to his old ways...

I really want him to succeed, but I would suspect there will be a lot of hyperbola in the GW interview. Despite all the excitement, does he really have a band any more? It's not like he's gonna be releasing any music in the next 1~2 years.

I don't care if he ever releases any new music. I just want to see the guy happy and healthy and not destroying himself with drugs and alcohol. He's already given me more than enough music...

Yeah, me too. I wasn't meaning to degrade Eddie. He's the reason I picked up the guitar. I really hope he gets on like some of the other guys who came close to the edge. Clapton, Beck, Gary Moore, etc., from what I've heard, these guys got pretty deep into alcohol or drugs.
