F@#$ your rare....here's rare.

Hey, Ed! How are you doing these days? Been a long time!

And yes, Michael Schenker is indeed my all-time favorite guitarist.
All things considered I’m better than I’d expect. I’m recovering from accidentally putting my girlfriends apartment on fire.
Ended up in the ICU with hydrogen cyanide smoke poisoning.
Guess guitar finishes and synthetics/plastic are not meant to be burned and inhaled. 😭

But it also reset my priorities.
Thankful to be around and able to start working again.

How about yourself?
It’s been a minute I’ve seen you but one does not forget the guys that love Schenker. 😛

Knowing now is a little late. Sounds like I may have wanted one. Hope your parents are well with peace over them.

Wow, Ed, that sounds terrible! I'm glad to hear you are recovering. Hopefully, you'll get back to some semblance of normal soon.

I'm doing fine, hoping to get back to building amps sometime in the near future, as my military avionics contract design work seems to finally be slowing down a bit. I'm slowly working on finishing out a new shop, hopefully there will still be a market for tube amps when I get it going again.

I finally got to see Michael Schenker for the first time in my life a few years ago on one of his Michael Schenker Fest tour stops in Atlanta. I really wanted to get the meet and greet tickets, but I was sick with a very high fever and figured I better not get anywhere near him. That didn't stop me from driving the six hour round trip down there to see the show, though, and it was well worth it. Hopefully, I'll get to meet him someday to thank him for all the great music and the impact he had on my life.
