I don't get it.

1. they are not really that famous
2. they can`t play their own songs, so they have session-musicians who plays for them in the studio (and then using their own + a lot of different amps...).
3. anyways... they sound bad, so they are no good examples for such a good amplifier...

get it?

No, I don't. Because they don't fit your style of music they're not good examples? Oh ok...

As for not being famous: That really depends on who you ask. Arethe Smashing Pumpkins famous in the death metal crowd? Don't think so... Are Metallica famous in the classical crowd? You get my point, right?

Do you have proof that they don't play themselves? Cos when some of my friends saw both bands they seemed to play just fine live...it's not my kind of music so I didn't go, but they (my friends) are semi-pro musicians, and I'm pretty sure they can tell if the sound comes from the guys on stage...so unless you have proof, you need to be more careful with what you say.

They way I see it, they are signed artists and they play Herberts and Einsteins, giving the original poster another facette to look at soundwise.

it`s ok....
