that digital ???? I won't use anything digital in my signal chain ...... I'll use digitally controlled circuits .... but nothing digital in the signal path .

by not going digital ..... it leaves very few choices on reverbs

It replaced my NUX Horseman on this board. I put the Horseman on another board as it's still a great pedal. But this Ge Tumnus is awesome!
 
The best pedal I got in 2023 was the Thorpy Team Medic. It’s my 2nd favorite boost only to a real Klon of the ~170 boosts I’ve had

Honorable mentions are: Fulltone OCD V1.1, vintage TC Integrated Pre and ‘70’s Roland BeeGee

I have. It has a very good midrange voicing, but also has that filtered, somewhat plastic-y new-pedal sound that has become a big turn off to my ears if I’m being honest

That’s what’s impressive about Thorpy. All his pedals have an organic, unfiltered sound. Very few other non-vintage pedals I’ve come across that are also organic sounding like that. JMO
 
I borrowed ( and still have ) my buddy’s Waza. Metal Zone. Such a great pedal if you use it correctly. Other than that? Nothing really stands out.
 
EQD Dispatch Master. Sold many more pedals than bought this year.
 
I got a Boss SD-1 the other day. One thing I noticed about it is it has more bite than my Maxon od808, but it's not as transparent and smooth... I think I still like the Maxon better, but it's a decent pedal for sure.
 
I don´t think I got any actual pedals 2023, but a Furman PQ3 at least goes before the amp and probably is as close as I got to one.
 
Last pedal acquired in 2023: Trace Elliot Transit B Bass Preamp and effects pedal. on the way!

First Pedal of 2024: Mooer P2 Prime on the way!

I forgot all about this one. Makes every amp better.
 
Without a doubt, these two and as far as favorite goes. It really depends on what guitar I'm playing. Both are amazing pedals....
