Well… I caved. I’ve heard so much chatter around the Savage Drive and which is most brutal, etc I finally decided to grab one. Nabbed a B-Stock and saved a few bucks

Anyway, haven’t had a ton of time with it but sounds pretty rad with the Rev G

I have to say, I’ve not yet been let down by the Airis stuff.

I have the Bob Ross version. His eyes are the LED's. Cool pedal for sure.

That must be the newest version V5? I haven't kept up, I see that added mid knobs.. Interesting.

I have a V3. Punishing in front of my old-school Laney. I've owned all but the V5.

Didn't care for the Parallel Drive. All I got was mud. The Brutal Drive is one I've not tried..

I've had all versions of the Savage Drive, including the new V5. V2 still is the best sounding of the bunch. I was severely disappointed in V5. Learning curve is steep, which I can handle, but I was spending more time fiddle fucking around with the pedal than playing. And then when you plug it into other amps you own, you are back to square 1 dialing in again. I enjoy my Parallel Drive V2 much more. Congrats though! I hope you end up enjoying it (y)

I’ve tried it a couple of times (earlier 4 knob versions) and keep wanting to like it but it never sticks around. Wanted to support a Canadian company but it just never worked well for me at least on a Marshall circuit. (Maybe not the target amp for it).
Too many knobs now!

I’ve got several Airis drives. All great, but the Savage drive is the most aggresive of all. It can get harsh quick. In front of a dual rec it kills though.

The bite knob is the key. Too much turns to shit. And the level needs to be conservative. The level dimed and drive low doesn't work for this pedal. I use more drive than level.

Man I’m dialing in some tones for a demo and agreed! Super sick on a Dual Rec. Need to try it on maybe the Synergy Herbert or Uber as well.

I also have a couple versions of this pedal and really like this for a tight, agressive boost.

I always switch between the Savage Drive and Direwolf. You got an awesome pedal man!

I got in on the Airis Green Drive run. That pedal is a beast. Very similar to the fortin modded od9.
