Ed I think it sounds good. Much different from Dog House but not in a bad way. It almost sounds like something Jeff Beck would do. What's the release date for this one?
Also I took the Dog House type of material as far as I could, and gigged a lot. Time for some old fashioned burning as a band. :)

Thats my dawg!
Shoulda been at Tone Merchants...that was very different than last year. Way more burn.

Love it! Top notch once again, and excellent groove.

Keep it up Ed!

Well, I can't deny that those are the guys I've bit. :)
As for more...working on it.

That was fun to listen to....and it sounds like you guys had fun while you were recording this. Maybe that wasn't your intention, but that's what i hear when i listen to it :

Some awesome musicians playing something they really enjoy...what else can a listener ask for?

sorta, the idea was to make it sound like a bunch of guys feeding off each other...so yeah, it sorta is/was the intention.

I can not wait till my computer is up so I can hear it here

Damn, Ed! That was VERY cool out-there playing, and what a smokin' rhythm section. I'm totally digging this track! Best of luck with this project. Still checking it out - that bass player is a very bad man! Very cool!

I'll be there in September....

I just got a chance to listen to this. Man, I forgot what a monster drummer Dave Weckl is. I've got an early instructional vid of his. The bass play, Ric Fierabracci, sounds awesome too!

Oh yeah, the guitar player's not too shabby either. :D

Great stuff...I'll definitly pick up the CD when it's complete.

Thanks for sharing. :)

cool stuff! lotsa adventure jamming going on...

the tone is interesting but maybe not as juicy as i've heard from you in the past---could be the rough mix thing...but your playing sounds more refined

oh, btw, weckl is a freak

This is the kind of "outside playing" I can roll with. Great stuff Mr D!!!!!!! I'll be snagging this CD fo sho!

Very nice playing...I like it a lot. It is great to really listen to the various dynamics going on...good stuff Ed.
