Flashing lights when turning on ReVolt Bass pedal

I've been noticing recently that when I plug in my ReVolt Bass pedal, all three lights on the front flash three or more times, sometimes up to five or six times. I've tried to find what this means online but can't figure it out. What's it trying to communicate to me? The pedal still seems to work fine otherwise. Thanks in advance for any help.

These light flashed can indicate a system error, or could be the unit booting in the setup menu from start-up. Are you holding down any pedals when powering the unit on or do any of them seem a little stuck?

Thank you for the reply! I did also submit a ticket to the help desk, and if that's the best way to figure out what's going on I'll wait for that email but if it helps to reply here, I'll do that too.

As far as I can tell, none of the pedals are stuck or not working properly. When the unit is on, they all function normally and don't stick or not work correctly. I'm also not holding any of them down when I turn it on.
