That silverburst custom is one helluva nice guitar! Man, that is pretty much exactly what I want in a V, and I'm going to keep my eyes open for one. Beautiful!
 
I have a Gibson flying v 90 it has 1 hum & 1 single 24 frets floyd rose all black if I get a chance tomorrow I'll take a pic it has been retired do to broken headstock, it even has the stienburger flipout so you can set and play it.The guitar had seen alot of action.

72 Superlead
60s AC30 Top Boost
50s Tweed
Mesa Recto and Lonestar
Matchless

Every guitar goes through those amps :yes:

Love that perspex one! Im assuming its a Gibson - custom shop?

Ive never really properly played a Gibby V, does it give the same kinda tone as the explorer? Is the neck shape the same?
