I got into Zep in the 8th grade. We had a speaker come to the middle school and gave the sex/drugs/R&R talk. And in that talk we they literally played Stairway backwards… well needless to say the next day the Sound Warehouse (old Denver record store on Hampden, next door to YumYum Tree), sold out of the Symbols album. I got one. Mom randomly bought me Zeps ‘Anal Sex’ album next a few weeks later, then For Those about to Rock… was a good year. I fingered Dana Perino’s bestie too in there somewhere.
