Blocks over dots ftwI feel like I’ve been obsessed with block inlays since finally getting into LP’s. For 28 years I kinda thought of LP’s and the inlays as bland, probably as a result of really falling for Ibanez JEM’s early on and viewing an LP as ‘ancient machinery’, but now that I get it, I want to put block inlays on fuckin’ everything.
Yup, iconic for sure, i seen it at the met and its awesome. Heres a couple more photos of it.Could we please have a moment of silence.......

Flamey one started life as a CC #29... reassigned as a WW 58
R7 has a 59/60 profiled neck courtesy of a Dave Johnson shave...
R7 might be coming up for sale soon, haven’t quite talked myself into it. Won’t be a ridiculous price either, will put the stock pickups back in it too
Lovely collection. What's the bridge pup in the Silverburst? How does the Trad Pro compare in sound and playability? I have the same year SB, so familiar. Interested in the TP.
That green Mr Hector!!!
