Friedman Smallbox and Boost/Overdrive pedals

According to the dealer its in perfect condition
Really disappointed

So you took it to the dealer and it sounded like that and they
say its in perfect working order?
Does the dealer have a tech that can verify that????

I would say it sounded almost as crappy, but I didn't use the same guitar and we used a Friedman 2x12 cab. The clip I posted was made with a fender deluxe strat in bridge position. Cab was a Marshall1960ax (greenback). A tech did check the bias and preamp voltages. Bias was raised to 75% (was a bit low from factory) and the voltages on the tubes was what he expected. Also done some tuberolling earlier without any change in sound

So maybe this is how it sounds with that setup.
How would you setup a TS or BBpreamp infront of the plexi channel?

Yea that'll give you an idea of what it sounds like. It's a bit thinner sounding than the tone I get.
