Absolutely not true. This is how shit gets started - "I was told that...". I have seen the place- recently - it looks like a mad scientist's lab but unless he's hiding them under the floorboards, there are no "stacks of Marshalls" at Mark's place.

I was told that "People would shit if they saw that stacks of Marshalls Mark has at his place" I dont know if its true.

Do you really need to hear it??? Why would you need to hear him state the obvious....he was going through horrendously hard times and made some really bad decisions...its pretty easy to see and understand...

Brad is basically buying his design and thats the end of it....those that gave him amps to mod need to figure out how to salvage what they can by any legal means...at least at this point, if and when Brad gets it all rolling, he will at least have some type of income that you can attempt to get the court of Los Angeles to garnish. If Brad wasnt stepping in and trying to buy his design from him, then he wouldnt have anything at all for you to attempt to recoup.

Its a sad state of affairs, but unfortunately we have seen it happen with a number of gutiar builders too....you havent heard about guys waiting 4 and 5 years for gutiars to be built after giving a deposit?? You didnt see what happened when a VERY well respected builder in LA went bankrupt a few years ago and Ed Roman bought his name?? At least in this case, it appears that even an outside buyer is wanting to make sure that he is at least somewhat held accountable for past discretion's....I can tell you this is FAR from the norm. It would be far easier for someone to come to Cameron, give him a big pile of cash for ownership of his designs and just go start building them....and be damned guys who are owed by Cameron Amplifiers....does that company even exist??? Is it a trademarked name?? I mean even if you are taking him to court, its not like you are taking a company to court, you are taking an individual to court. I am just glad its someone like Brad, who is doing what he thinks is right vice someone just in it to flip a profit and be damned who got hosed in the past...

Actually quite a few would like to hear it, especially after being directly lied to in phone conversations and not having air-cover with the Brad plan, which is probably why this thread was started. And you are correct he will have plenty of opportunities in court to explain things.

As much as a criminal as he is, he is not going to jail. He did not break any laws. If anyone files a complaint, it will be a civil matter solely. I'm surprised noone has. I feel badly for anyone who has suffered. File the complaint!

I would contact the police about that. I know here in IL, if you take an item in for repair, you pay for it and they refuse to give you the item, or worse, sold it, you can be arrested for theft.

Nuthin for nuthin but I have been in situations where ppl have "taken" what amounted to thousands of $$$ from me. In these situations its pretty simple actually..... figure out what type of consequences you can deal with vs. the type of action your willing to take. Sometimes the satisfaction is really worth the punishment and sometimes its not. Nobody should be treated like an asshole.. and its up to the individual to make sure that doesnt happen. Unfortunately there will always be Mark Camerons in the world.....

Shame you edited your original post based on a conservation with Mark Cameron and you don't have your amp yet. I do hope you get your amp back and don't come to the realization that others have. You really should take him to court if it does not show when he says.

Every time when Mark got some help, someone comes here and say:

Few months later Mark screw everything again and again and again. In this time a lot of people who sent him their money got screwed.

Nobodys getting screwed this time around unless I screw them which aint happening . Mark has nothing to do with any of the product or the money. As far as his past mod work, I have pushed the issue harder than any of you know. It just depends if he actually has the amps to give back. That is the question?

I dont know much about that deal but heres what I do know... I like to see good people over come shitty situations. And right now to me at least it seems Mark can literally do nothing right with you guys. When he delivers on this guys amp someone will be there waiting to kick him in the nutts because its not the right one to make good on. Nick couldnt even say thanks to him for getting a friends amp out without snider and co broad siding him. Dave is constantly taking shit for not grabbing a torch and pitch fork. Dont even get me started on my bouts here. Finally and with all due respect Brad he sells you one of the hottest most desirable amps out there and agrees to the part about moneys with held to make things right with the CCV crowd... and then gets publicly called mentally ill??? I didnt really get that, espescially since you said that even though it was dead last, that helping Mark was part of your decision to do this. Maybe Im totally wrong and if this is the case just take it that way. I dont have beefs with any of you, these are just my observations.

For the record even if all parties involved took Mark to court, unless he had some serious priors, Mark wouldnt do a day in jail and even if you all got your judgements he could go BK on most if not all of it. I think with what I posted above and the fact that he hasnt gone this route says something that should be heard about his intentions.
