It's interesting to me that some members are only voting for one or two features when there are four options. Seems people are more concerned with the fingerboard than scale length, for example. Or perhaps just not realizing they have the ability to select one from each of the four categories 🤷‍♀️
With all due respect to the forum members... You forgot that most members are faced with only two options in life. Buy/Not buy, Sell/Keep, Awesome/Sucks, In tune/Not in tune etc. Only a certain portion of members can handle three options. And four is almost unimaginable for the vast majority and no one here would expect anything like that  🤷‍♂️

Should be obvious....

To be fair I like roasted maple/rosewood/ebony fretboards so I thought of leaving that out. For example if we went with roasted maple neck I'd probably pick Ebony last but if we went with hog neck I'd pick ebony first. My default here would be roasted maple neck with dark Rosewood board. But since we have a hog body I'm already a little out of my wheelhouse. Maybe hog/ebony is the way here.

Anyone have a take/their experience on the combinations of where this is currently at?
Can't personally think of a guitar off of the top of my head with all of the top selected wood (at this time) combinations.
Lots out there with two of the woods that I can think of, but not all three.
Still haven't had my coffee, so I probably have a guitar or two on hand that do and just spacing it out :ROFLMAO: Examples?

Those 25 1/2 scale dudes ruined it for everyone.

My v is fairly close. It is mahogany body and neck, ebony board. 25.5

It is neck through and has 22 frets, though.

Edit, ok. I see we changed to maple neck.. i had a maple neck through woth mahog wings and ebony board. Was nitro and the single best guitar i ever played. I just dont like Floyds that much

I should have put 28"-30" instead. :ROFLMAO:

My Schecter Reaper 6 is pretty close. 5-piece maple/walnut, ebony fretboard, 25.5". The body wood is different (Swamp Ash), but the scientific literature I'm currently familiar with makes a convincing argument that body wood does naff all. Hence the desire for a popsicle stick body.

Edit: Set-neck, 24 fret.

Yeah, I have/had lots of guitars in that combination (maybe not so much with that scale length), just can't think of any with a mahogany body, maple neck, and ebony fingerboard.

With the mahogany body I’d personally go with a mahogany neck/rosewood board or roasted maple neck with either a rosewood board or roasted maple board. Ebony is fine too, but prefer usually those 2

If it were an alder or ash body I’d go with a roasted maple neck with either a rosewood or matching maple board IME

To me all wood makes a difference in the attack, resonance, and sustain which in turn may not affect the final sound but affects the way I play, length I'll hold a note, etc... So, I feel like it at least helps to shape the outcome.

Some Marchione’s are like that and I’m sure many other guitars too. A lot of Gibson LPC’s from the Norlin era have that wood combo (but 24.75” scale length). I haven’t liked them (too much of a furniture with strings attached sound, lacking richness), but I don’t think it’s the combo of woods in that case. I’d think that wood combo should be fine if the quality of woods and finish is there, but wouldn’t be what I’d go for

From what I recall they measured and ruled that out for the body too, and attributed it to other elements. But I'm not here to argue right now (once I get a laser vibrometry set-up that could change, though...), just wanted to offer up that I think there isn't any issue with the current wood selection.
