Always loved this video - they were at the height of their powers. Such a kick ass band. Love Mark Farner!
 
Always loved Grand Funk. I play in a 70's ,80, classic rock band and suggested adding "Foot Stompin Music" to our set list and nobody else in the band liked it?
to this day that confuses the crap out of me, we do "We're an American band" but not 'Foot Stompin Music" ???
 
so many bands from the past, I forget about them and they show up in my YT feed. This was a great moment in time for GFR. I have/dig Hammond, and it works great here IMO!

Too bad they imploded too soon.

I had the pleasure of having Mark on my radio show two different times and to this day he would still take my calls. A genuinely nice human being. Love me some Mark Farner.

This was the first album I bought as a kid. My sister had the one where they were all in fake bodybuilder poses so I went out and bought this live album liked it 10 times better. I listened to it every day for months.
