Check this out. I don’t know if he has a stacked Humbucker in that strat, but it sounds fat! Overall amazing tonez. I think this dude might be a member here because I recognize his name, but perhaps I recognize it from elsewhere? I watched a couple other videos including a mountain bike video and this dude is a maniac. A maniac that has killer tone and takes huge jumps on his bike.

His plexi and 800 mods, Kitchen sink etc always floored me and I hoped that sound would be in his amp line but alas, they are not.

Nice clean plexi. Any good amp should clean up with the volume turned down. Even master volume amps.
Plexi glassy tone.
Everyone has different ears. Seems these days lots of players are gain addicts.
I like gain but I like more seperation too.
Some amps get so muddy everything starts to sound like a blob. That’s why those old Marshall’s are so sought after. 🤘

He states he is using a custom made P-90 pickup in the bridge position of that strat. I think I agree with Manny that is a fantastic almost humbucker tones coming from this pickup. To my ears it pretty much sounds like Ed's broken coil pickup as heard on Diver Down and 1984.:2thumbsup:

Harmonic design P90. But remember it's not the guitar or the pickups it's the hands

I know that guy. I gig down in the South Bay quite a bit. He does amp mods/pedals/guitar repairs. His reputation as a repair/mod guy is questionable. An acquaintance that I'm friendly with bought some of Manny's vintage Marshall amps and 4x12 cabs. I got to check out the amps & cabs and it was a really nice collection.

Sorry for not chiming in I'm not much of an online guy but glad you like the amp and the tone. Thanks for sharing and being cool. Hope you're doing well and enjoying your music and all that jazz! Cheers
