That seems to be a problem with moderation rather than the simple existence of a sub forum. If someone was truly threatening violence on ANY forum here, they should’ve been gone. That’s a more mature solution, imho, than completely doing away with a sub forum.

That's not to say your behavior is somehow not worth complaining about. It's like the internet equivalent of a monkey throwing their feces everywhere. I feel like if anyone here had children that behaved like you, they'd probably get scolded. Angry all the time, hurling baseless insults, threatening people, unable to admit when you lose. If one side can’t win in the open arena of ideas, then they want the other side shut down. And it’s not just on guitar-centric forums like this.
