I appreciate Kris making this clip. He obtains a truer representation of the amp than I can. I have a hard time capturing it accurately. I think this is a much truer example of how it sounds. I know he's made a few other clips, maybe he will post them eventually.
 
I love the G12H30 clip. That's my go-to speaker.

Again, great job capturing the essence of the sound of the amp.

Kris and I joked that it's a "Markshall." It's got British DNA with a splash of Mesa Mark feel and tightness. Definitely a sort of hybrid, although it's not necessarily a 50/50 mix.
 
Sounds great. Hope to give one of these a run through someday.

I always seem to like V30 mic'd clips better than most others even though in the room I will almost always prefer another speaker. IDK.

Yeah I agree, something about a mic’d up v30 just works.
 
I went back and listened to the clips on my good headphones instead of the shitty computer speakers. Holy crap did it sound good with a proper listening device. Anybody who gets one is going to be in for a real treat.
