Had to get an updated family photo after adding a strat to the mix a few months back.

No accoustics shown. Black sheep's of the family. Haha

I see you are a Les Paul fiend like me with a Fender or two sprinked in, lol. I dig my Les Pauls and those you have there are nice!

Exactly. Was never a fan of the Strat body style look, until I saw this one in the right color. I dig this one and actually like playing it better than the Tele, even though I dig the shape of the Tele better. But the the Les Paul's are my main players (all in different tunings, E/Drop D, EB/Drop C#, and C#/Drop B)

That's a killer collection! I, too, like the Strat, but I also like the Gibson that's right at the top.

Strangely enough, I have never owned a Gibson or a Fender.

I plan to rectify that someday, because they're iconic, but also because I want a "Made in America" guitar in my collection. Currently, have Japanese, German, Swedish, Israeli and Dutch guitars. Used to have a Polish one as well, but some idiot stole my Mayones.

That's a 2017 Mojave Burst Gibson USA (non custom shop). I bought that from Canada a week before COVID border shut downs. Luckily it made it before they closed.

Looks freaking sick. Are those stock pups? You play metal on it? How is it?

The mojave is burst buckers ...stock. Yep that one is d tuned to c# standard/drop b. Not my favorite tuning so I wish I played that one more..

The Trans black looking one is DiMarzio super distortion and a super 3.

The extra juice in those add something. But the burst buckers work just fine for what I play. 90s-2000s hard rock and grunge... Chevelle, Tool, APC stuff

That Les Paul Custom is sweeeeet 😍
Or is that not a Custom?
I’ve never seen that finish before
Thanks.

It's a Vivian Campbell Custom. It's called Antrim Basalt Burst. Kinda like a tranparent black/gray.

What are those white pickups on this Les Paul?
Are you talking about the Blackish LP?

If so they are stainless steal ones made specifically for this guitar. The Vivian Campbell Les Paul Custom features a DiMarzio Super Distortion humbucker in the bridge position and a Super 3 at the neck.

It's my favorite guitar of the bunch, sound and feel-wise. It just sounds and plays amazing.

It was a limited run of 250 (unsigned) and 50 signed. But I got #93 brand new off the truck in 2021 (its a 2018 model but there were delays during pandemic shutdown). l have never seen a new one for sale since. House of Guitars said they had ordered it years before, but just got it in. I am told if the model didn't sell well, Gibson may have cut production before they hit the total 250. So it may be one of 143 (including signed ones) and I think it was the last one made.
