guitar solo from last show,

thank you guys so much for the kind words! Its good to be in a great community like this! And yeah Down From Up is a blast, its about the serious heavy things and deep subject matter BUT its more about playing rock the way we interpret it as well, and the bands we all love are Zeppelin, Van Halen, Guns N Roses etc. so that fun side comes out of us alot! we arent trying to be that "tortured artist" kinda band, there are enough of those lol. It looks as though DFU is gonna have its biggest year yet and hopefully i can hang up the session/hired gun thing for a while (not that it hasnt been kind to me because it has, hell thats how i afford my toys :) ) If there are any questions about the rig i would be glad to help out! and im gonna do that lesson for a few of you guys that asked for it when i get back from florida in a week and a half!

I like the mid cut setting Andy. It gives a little Bogner organic tone or more brown sound. It's good to see someone else playing a basswood strat shape, everyone these days seems to be playing a Les Paul. I realy like your tone, I may have to give the H3 another run. Thanks for those settings. :thumbsup:
 
what a great description of that mid cut setting! i never thought about it but it does give a round vowel bogner like shape to the sound! And yeah an H3 in the back of a solid basswood/maple anderson sounds great, really goes for the throat!! h1 in the neck owns every other neck pickup sound in the world just for the record ;) glad i could help.
