No, that's a myth - this pic debunks it, because he has his 'wooden' guitars in this pic, and the work orders for those were dated after the fire happened. Also, in the reunion commentary, he's asked about the guitar and says "it's hanging in a Hard Rock somewhere"..

And this is my replica I had Jackson make nearly a decade ago - I had to jump through all sorts of hoops because they needed permission from the TMNT copyright holder before they'd agree to it. And now they wouldn't do it without authorisation from Danny as well..
