I will give your settings a try. I am still trying to find where i like the presence and treble. The bass around 7 or 8 on the dial and mids at 5 or 6 is perfect. Question... Have you tried pedals like the koko boost or other boost pedals? If so how do they stack up to the mod on your small box?

Tried the Keeley SD-1 and Barber Direct Drive when i first got them. Worked fine but i don'tvreally need them

There is nothing I can't do with these amps. It's definitely cured GAS for me. I'm here on mine:

pres: noon to 1:00 depending on room
bass: 1:00
mids: 1:00
highs : noon
volume channel 1: enough to move air
volume channel 2: unity with channel 1
gain channel 1: dimed
gain channel 2: 3:00

Holy moly ! I had the volume on mine at 9:00 this afternoon and my ears are ringing but damn it sounded so good
