Not much, if any, sag to the pick attack. The Splawn Quick Rod I had was similar as is my CAE PT100.

Alternative recommendation:

Buy a Suhr RLIR and run any amp you like with it.

Load authenticity - i.e. how close it reflects the impedance of an actual cab - varies significantly among products. Many (most?) of the amps that have integrated loads are of the generic U-shaped variety. Some players don't mind, some do - there's entire threads on this already. If you're in the latter camp a quality external load is most likely the better option.
