I setup my Wizards very similarly to how you do. On the HR I've landed on setting the Presence just above 8 (3:00) most of the time, which is right about where it takes the blanket off the amp and gets it sounding pretty crispy, just before it gets too harsh and out of balance. Mids and Treble hover around noon maybe a bit less, but on this amp the Mids also sound great cranked up higher so there's a decent usable range there. I also do the slightly lower Treble, slightly higher Presence thing because it shifts the most audible highs upwards and makes the amp sound more articulate and modern. Bass is up pretty high, but the low end has a lot of tweakabiltiy between Depth and Bass, so I'm still messing with different settings there.
Bright 2 is around 6 (1:00), and right now I'm experimenting with setting Bright 1 pretty low, like right around 4 (11:00) which I think tames some of the highs and pick attack which I'm finding can get maybe too pronounced, maybe too spikey if you let them, but dialing this amp is a balancing act in a way a lot of amps are not, so maybe I'm liking Bright 1 low because I have something too high somewhere else.
The Gain knobs are still totally up in the air, I'm still twisting to figure out if / how they all interact with each other. Sometimes I set the amp's gain low and put a Dirty Tree in front, which surprisingly sounds great. Most times I plug straight in and pull all or most of the boosts and go that way. Setting the gains high doesn't necessarily sound less tight than using a boost, just different. I'm honestly kinda shocked how well an amp this tight takes boosts when you dial it for them.
