That's a late 80's horizontal input 2203 head that I modified for Jim Van Noy from Walnut Creek CA. It came to me all hacked up with a Baldwin organ amp conversion that looked terrible inside and he wanted it restored with a fat sounding point to point 2203 style circuit with vertical inputs. It needed a new PT, new knobs and a new faceplate as well. Thing sounds wicked.
