Well...after recording it...it definitely has the Jerry vibe...It took me a bit to get it dialed in just right...but man...It's there for sure!!!

Well...i WAS going to sell it. But after I spent a whole night really tweaking it...and getting it to sound like that and such...I've really gelled with it finally. It's NOT for sale anymore

It's more of a "Bogner" type vibe vs a Marshall. Got some more low mid grind, and a cool upper mid cut and highs are pretty warm.

It's VERY crunchy...which is what I like most about it. Even if it doesn't become my main sound...I'll use it w/ the EG5, SL2X as another "tone" to mix with when I double track.

The G12K85 is the precursor to the G12K100...the K100 has a bit more low end...and is a bit brighter on the top end...but not that much difference at all.

Cabinet was a Grendel Dead Room Speaker Isolation cab. 2 SM57s on the speaker.

Eric, I thought you were selling it because you already had so many Marshall tones and tweaking like Jeff did to more upper mids makes it more Marshally.....but I do still hear the Bogner in it for sure. He must have left some low mids.

I was until I really put some hours on it yesterday. And found that tone...it was a module that aluded me a bit...and needed more "tweaking time" to really get familiar with. After I really got familiar with it, and figured out what works best for it, I started to really really like it. Hence the reason why I decided against getting rid of it!!

Well I think it sounds very much like Jerry's tone on the latest album...and he's using a bogner...hrm...you read between the lines.

Sign me up for a "JIC" dual mod. That paired with a SL2X and a Dual clean in my Rmod100/Line6 M13 will be the Ultimate amp.

(I am truly impressed with the M13 and use it more than my TC G system. I am thinking of parting with the G system now. )

Man, the more and more I listen to these clips, the more and more I've got to have this module. Please Jeff, do a dual Eggie version of this, PLEASE! Even if you don't put it in production, I'll pay for a custom one off. Jerry Cantrell is such a huge influence on my playing and I love Bogners to death, this is totally up my alley!!!

I can do a Randall single and put a black faceplate and our creme knobs on it. They are going for cheap and the mod is only $100 for the work and the above mentioned items.

Well I guess I just might be finding a Randall single XTC module to send your way after I evaluate the RM50 I picked up from you. I am a huge Jerry fan. $100 sounds like a good for that mod.
