There's a handful of guys who have (myself included) The clearcoat is the hardest part typically. If you want something professional I can recommend a few guys. Watcha painting?

This is so cool!!!!! I may try this one day on a cheaper guitar!

I've been planning to refin the top of cheap guitar I have that came with many finish imperfections. Looks like this holoflash can be applied direct to satin or gloss poly top coats, no need to prep?

The guitar sounds, feels and plays great, they just messed up the finish, unfortunately

If it doesn't look good, I can always do the refin I planned.

I'm thinking of getting the silver holoflash, and cover the finish blem areas first, at the lower end past the stopbar, and around the pickup selector, where you can see the white haze:
