well Papa, my fat 3/4ths German body doesn't like hot weather, so i'm not feeling bad about missing NAMM.

though i would like to see James Lugo sing with Nazareth tonight!

i'll be at 13,000 feet tomorrow in waist deep snow, then i'll be happy! :D

next time, come to spain with peter stapfer....or alone. i will take care of you....good food, good wine, better beer....and jagermeister!!
keep good!!

Peter, might I direct you to this?
I'm not sure what time in Germany it will be, but if you are home in bed, or whatever, hop on the computer and check this out...
going to start around 2pm Pacific time...

viewtopic.php?f=3&t=86332

Since we're supposed to be having a Rig-Talk Meet & Greet @ 2pm (pacific) @ The Diezel booth, I thought maybe I would broadcast then. Let everyone out there around the world get a little meet and greet of their own, as if you were there!

The URL, to see the LIVE Stream is located here...
http://www.ustream.tv/channel/mightywarlock

You can check up on your guys and make sure they are doing their jobs...
LIVE!

but no worries, they are...very cool too...

by the way, Peter S. and I had a fun Diezel Cab shootout today, pitting the VH4 with 3 different cabs (the rearloaded v30, the rearloaded hempcone, and the front loaded K100's).

He was very helpful, and very cool to have there to talk to about the differences and such.

but you were definitely missed.

A little birdie told me the Herbie MKII was awesome at NAMM and the voicing was unreal.

Do tell us some more Peter. What have you done to Herbie?

Steve

I think the new transformers are doing a lot. They sound
a bit more warm to me. And I did a few tweaking here
and there. I would everybody suggest to compare the MK1
and the MK2.

is it easy to upgrade the mkI to the mkII? what do I have to pay for that?

The new transformers don´t fit the old chassis.
There is no need for an upgrade.

"There is no need for an upgrade."
"These aren't the Droids you're looking for."
Need? Maybe not. Want? You betcha!
Oh well, new chassis, new amp. I think I'll put money in a cookie jar until I have enough to buy a new Schmidt to compliment my old Herbert....

I got some great photos for you Peter!

Stop! You're making me miss the Pacific NW. I lived in Vancouver B.C. for a year 5 years ago and between Tacoma and Chehalis for a year about a decade ago. I feel like I'm due for another year stay!

Thanks Steve, Myles is a cool dude and total gearhead. I told him about Rig-talk and sent him the link. NAMM was a blast!
