I have always thought the 5150 cabs sounded better than most marshall cabs and a lot better than the mesas but YMMV.

I think they lack mids.

Maybe, if you are used to V30s.

They have plenty of mids with a Marshall style amp.

I've had a couple 4x12's.. Mojo's with Lead 80's and Mesa with V30's, 5150, Marshall with 75's and H's. 5150 cab was really smooth and lacked mids to my ears.

Well since you called me out... notice the little can as well. It is filled with plush fish that she loves to take out and put back in. The microphone is hers as well. I set up the Mark IV on R2 with a ton of echo/reverb and she yells into it. Here is a pic...

My oldest son had a microphone. He was a bit older, maybe 4 or so when we got it. He was playing Gameshow Host. Not sure why. He used plug the mic into a Microstack. The one I used on that clip years back that Shea loves...
