There are only two pickups, what do all those switches and buttons do?

pretty much the same thing yet everything on yours is differentturmoil":rrs9lup0 said:my carvin is arriving on friday and it's pretty much the same thing in a different finish/hardware colors, birds eye maple fretboard, and a reverse headstock.
it's going to be a glorious day on friday. i can't wait!
also, that guitar might have a wilkinson acoustic tremolo so it has that piezeo option, that's what mine has
I've got a TL60 that plays better than ANY PRS I've ever tried. Natural finish over quilt top. The top would be considered a "10" top on a PRS, it's that nice. I was fairly happy with the stock pickups, 'till I put a Hotrails in the bridge, and a Coolrails in the neck. Much better. Their pickups are not bad, but not on up to the quality of their guitars. The Bolt is the only model that I don't care for.JKD":2714kmce said:Carvin guitars look great..wonder what they play like...

Ya, this is because people are in no hurry to get rid of their Carvins.danyeo":38tgbf4w said:I still have yet to play a Carvin that I've liked. Some played good but didn't sound good, some sounded ok but had beat necks on them. I just don't see many of them used in local stores much anymore.
