I've seen the guy from Bleed from Within plays them, and that guy rips. I've never had a chance to play one in person. They seem pretty rare.

Prolly could. Capture it and then run it through a Powerstage 700 stereo. :-) There's no way I'm bringing three heads and two 4x12s to play a gig though. I lugged around 3 IIC+'s to jam sessions for a long time and it got old being paranoid about someone else jacking it up being an idiot.

Yeah.. I got laid off 2 months ago. I've had to sell every single piece of gear I own down to pedals, stands and microphones. So maybe that's part of the GAS being cured is having no other choice. :ROFLMAO:
 
I'm pretty much close to this. While I still have G.A.S. for some new guitars, I'm pretty much good on amps and effects. I'm using the FM3 with KSR PA50. I was playing this side by side with some of my amps and after a couple weeks, sold them. I could pretty much dial them in the same. Only real noticeable difference was a little bit less noise with the modeler oh and the volume is much lower.

As far as guitars though, I want to get several guitars. I just got a rhoads v but I want a Chubtone Star and maybe a jackson american series soloist. I also want an Ironbird. but all of those I can do without.

I would like to get another Atla 100(I miss that amp) and I want to replace my Mark IV. I have a buddy who is building a 2C+ clone with a few tweaks that I may grab or grab a Mark VII. I have also thought about that new Laechlaerm (sp) amp but honestly I'm pretty indifferent to getting a new amp. Like if I had a windfall of cash I would think about it.
 
I'm more or less Gas free. I do have to finish my smaller non midi pedalboard. That said it's a fight but other than my recent Chubtone, I really haven't plunked any big money down in awhile.

And I'm considering downsizing again. Maybe dumping a few Les Pauls and an EVH amp. Just sitting on the fence at the moment weighing the pro's and con's. Last gear purge I was fine but I've made some regrettably bad mistakes a few times. I'll say this much when you hit a place with your gear where you're not constantly in buy mode it's really satisfying.

I got heavy into mountain biking and was GAS free for about 9 years. I played guitar when I needed to for work but didn't feel the need to buy music gear for all that time. Then just like lightning GAS struck early 2024 and I've been going crazy. It's like I woke up from a decade long coma. So much has changed. So much modeling :oops:

Or own so much stuff that every time you get GAS, you just go find something in the closet that is similar, lol.
