I’ve gotten clean a lot. And I come back and tie off and shoot up a monster dose of GAS. I hope you stay clean.
Just visit a gas station bro
Also, @vultures , have you tried Carillion guitars?
I’m sorry but there’s no way a QC will capture and replicate what two slaved 100W plexis running my mark III preamp in stereo through two 4x12s. There’s no way it captures my pcm81 or SPX for effects in stereo on top of that, either.
I’m mostly gas free and haven’t bought anything new since my mark iii coliseum. I’m sure the QC sounds great for recording or practicing but there’s no way it’s replacing my rig.
Being unemployed for 4 months has cured my GAS.
Yeah dump a Les Paul and send me a heads up!I'm more or less Gas free. I do have to finish my smaller non midi pedalboard. That said it's a fight but other than my recent Chubtone, I really haven't plunked any big money down in awhile.
And I'm considering downsizing again. Maybe dumping a few Les Pauls and an EVH amp. Just sitting on the fence at the moment weighing the pro's and con's. Last gear purge I was fine but I've made some regrettably bad mistakes a few times. I'll say this much when you hit a place with your gear where you're not constantly in buy mode it's really satisfying.
Or own so much stuff that every time you get GAS, you just go find something in the closet that is similar, lol.How to stop GAS:
- Be broke
- Play gigs regularly with a band
- Become more interested in a different hobby
- Try everything out there until there is nothing left
Hey man! I saw that you are selling a IIC+. I am interested, hit me up.Being unemployed for 4 months has cured my GAS.
