I like Jazz iii picks. What do you use?

I’d say its actually a hair smaller than jazz iii. I lined them up and they are very close but the prodigy feels smaller as well
Not sure I would like smaller than a Jazz III, LOL. In between a Jazz III and a Jazz III XL is perfect.

Yea i’d say it fits just inside the edges of a jazz iii. They are close but the mini prodigy isnt for you then. They make orher sizes also you may want to check into. Its a great feeling and sounding pick to my ears

I used Jazz III for over a decade and switched back to the Yellow. I use all the colors. But Yellow the most.
Last few years I use the free Red from Guitar Center the most.

I find I can use any pick. I much prefer the sound of the attack of the Standard 351 pick. The rounded tip just sounds so much bigger and more raw than the pointed tip. I definitely chose picks for the sound. Not the way they feel when playing.

I switch how I hold the pick continuously to get the tone and attack I want. Standard and Benson I use most.

I have hundreds of different types of picks. Anyone else have a ludicrous amount of different types of picks ???

Yea i have a lot of picks and will end up with more i know. Its a relatively cheap addiction trying all the different picks lol. Unless you buy a Bluechip pick etc……

Used purple tortex jazz iii for years. Then Big Stubby 2.0-3.0… then got into playing funk rhythm guitar. Settled on 1.0 mm Ultex sand used them 10-15 years. Now I hate the sound of them. Just switched to Clayton .80 mm. They are a small amount larger, kinda weird.
Im weird and use the round edge.

Get Blue Tortex TIII and never look back

This is good advice. I have the Tortex Flow as well, which I do not like. It's ever so slightly differently shaped and it's enough to where I just can't deal with it.

I'm gonna order some Sharps, some Jazz IIIs, and some TIIIs as well.

I recently discovered these and like them a lot. A touch bigger than a Jazz III and hold up pretty well under some abuse.

What can be better, than a standart size Tortex, but a little pointier? 🤘🏻

V Pick Ultra Light small pointed. Small like a jazz but pointed on all angles. It's .8 mm thick

Are you saying that about the TIII? I'd be ecstatic if that's the case. The Flow is just...I've been holding the blue tortex for 25+ years, the Flow just wasn't it.
I'll order all of em and report back, including the Sharps. I'm real curious to compare the Sharps to the TIIIs.

Went on a huge pick excursion recently. Right now I like the prime tone Jazz III XL .88. It’s almost worn down like a smaller 351
