The thing about mac and cheese, everyone always tries to "elevate" it. Truffles, crazy expensive cheeses. The bottom line is classic mac and cheese can't be beat.No gear…probably some macaroni and cheese. If I had anything left I’d give it to a bum.
Blacks BBQ proved that you can elevate mac and cheese. They did it with bacon and smoke somehow. The thing about mac and cheese, everyone always tries to "elevate" it. Truffles, crazy expensive cheeses. The bottom line is classic mac and cheese can't be beat.
I am a traditionalist when it comes to my mac n cheese. I don't want bacon, extra stuff. I judge it by the properly cooked noodles and a simple bachemel style sauce.Blacks BBQ proved that you can elevate mac and cheese. They did it with bacon and smoke somehow.
Fair enough but in TX everything has to smell like smoke or leather.I am a traditionalist when it comes to my mac n cheese. I don't want bacon, extra stuff. I judge it by the properly cooked noodles and a simple bachemel style sauce.
I love pit beans, or drippings beans. Mmmm mmmmm.Fair enough but in TX everything has to smell like smoke or leather.
That's OK with me. I'd only have to cough up $3750 outta pocket. I'd still be getting a dream amp for more than half off. And I'd like buying from Canada anyway. I have a huge whiskey collection and still prefer Crown Royal over most US whiskies. But honestly I still haven't tried any Uberschall yet so I'd probably go that route anyway. Really should just bust out the credit card for Metalhead Mikes UU....I’ve got bad news regarding tariffs haha(not saying anything whether they are good or not, but 25% of a 7k amp is $1750)
I made a German potato salad once, after dinner I put the leftovers in the fridge. The fat from the bacon grease congealed, and the fat from the mayo really soaked up the smoke when I reheated it the next day while smoking some chicken. I could see smoked mac n' cheese working out very similarly.Blacks BBQ proved that you can elevate mac and cheese. They did it with bacon and smoke somehow.
That's metali'd buy a used james tyler just so i could douse it in gasoline and set it on fire and record a video to post for @VonBonfire to see
