$1300 has pretty much been the standard used price on them for the past few years. They're kinda hard to find used though, especially compared to Powerballs. There are always a shitload of those for sale.

4. Dr. Z Maz 18, or some other lower gain head/combo, maybe a Fender Deluxe or an AC30
5. Voodoo VReck (or an orignal Trainwreck) or a Plexi type amp

Some of the amps in (3) may cause me to rethink (1) and (2). The last two amps throw a little more versatility into the flavors I have around.

Hey, the Victoria Double Deluxe is low gain vintage.

I just feel that these amps best represent the tops of their class and what they do. Some are very "sound/tone/feel" specific, others are very flexable and some are very simple.

Hey, the Victoria Double Deluxe is low gain vintage.

I just feel that these amps best represent the tops of their class and what they do. Some are very "sound/tone/feel" specific, others are very flexable and some are very simple.

I know, that's why I bolded it. I was pointing you out as having picked an amp that isn't talked about much on the metal/rock boards. I tried with the Dr. Z Maz 18....
