I'm usually 1lb beef, my own seasonings - mostly cumin, 3 cans black beans, 3 cans red beans, 2 cans diced tomatoes, 1/2 can of tomato paste. Sometimes green pepper and onion. Then I just multiply for my big batches - which is usually how I roll.
