Can you route effects like chorus and phaser to the input of the amp, then route delay and verb to the effects loop? If not, then they just haven't nailed it yet.

Yep like Stratboy said with the 4 cable method you can route effects and the loops for your pedals pretty much any way you want. I also read that in the new software you can put a modulation block in the reapeats of the delays so that they are just in the repeats.

Yep like Stratboy said with the 4 cable method you can route effects and the loops for your pedals pretty much any way you want. I also read that in the new software you can put a modulation block in the reapeats of the delays so that they are just in the repeats.

oh man clean up those cables! take the unit out from underneath and place on your head, then you can use short 1' or less cables and then send one cat5 out to the controller. that was the best thing i ever did, and if i use my wireless i have an even CLEANER floor setup, just one single cat5 to the controller. sweet!

Point taken! although i am normally not so messy,that day we were trying out our new PA system and were concentrating on that. I took your advice and removed the unit and now just run a cat cable! great stuff!!
