Sounds ripping
Listening to your clip now! Sounds killer! The low end is tight without being so tight that it's clinical sounding like the Hermanson's. There's still some give and bounce to it and a just a hint of squish.....For the tones I like this amp out metals the new Mesa MKII C+.
Are you boosting it in your clips or is this the amp straight in? With what pickups?
Congrats on a cool amp!
I agree 100%. I hate when the low end is so tight it's clinical sounding. It makes some guitar lines sound thin IMO.Listening to your clip now! Sounds killer! That's because I'm just a Marshall guy at heart.....I owned a Mesa MKIII C++ and I just didn't bond with it....everyone has their preferences.I’m with you, HD.
For me, I’d choose this amp way over any MKII C+.
But, of course, we all hear things differently and have various needs in our tone choices.

The Hermannson builds are cool but they are not my cup of tea.......
Ok this thing is no longer a Marshall with the master pulled! It's a beast of an amp really tight scooped and aggressive. Some clips

Thx a lot everyone! I'll try to do a proper demo once I find some time. To answer some questions - the first part of the clip is two official Trivium DI tracks which I downloaded from the Bogren site. I don't know about pickups but I suppose they are playing active. As for the second one, it's a fender Jim root with the dimebuckers hence the darker, more scooped tone.
Signal - it's the amp straight no boost with the master pulled and the gain at about 8. I'm reamping using the palmer dacapo box using a Mesa Boogie 412 OS IR from my personal collection( part of my commercial pack)
I'm still amazed at how much difference the master pull does. It's like a completely different amp - more scooped with tons of tight low end and awesome saturation.I have yet to boost it but it will be fun I suppose with the master pushed. Also I'm so tempted to do an A B vs my Wizard MTL
Some thrashy riffs - Charvel San Dimas USA emg 57 straight into the amp / excuse the crappy playing P
