😂 Nice catch, was about to…but you nailed the dismount!
You got it bro' but unfortunately most non-Aussies wouldn't have had a clue what I was on about.

That's the way my humour tends to go. Either I have an easy room or no room at all. :dunno:

It just makes me miss the place. Wife’s on board for a visit early next year though so everything from bakery sausage rolls to Vietnamese Bánh Mi better watch out!

Fwoaa... love me some Bánh Mi bro'. :worship:

... and sausage rolls (Worcestershire sauce is my secret weapon with them), pies (of course), spling lols, dim sims...

When I used to live in Seattle, they had it there because they also have a decent size southeast Asian community. But I don’t usually see it anywhere in the United States that I’ve lived. The first time I went to visit my Mum where she’s been living for a while now and took a stroll up the street to the shops, there was a Bánh Mi lunch place and I was in heaven. I think I might’ve eaten one every day while I was there, knowing that I wouldn’t see it again for a while

I don't blame you bro'; I'd have done the same thing.

Pity they're like 10 bucks.

we have a few Bánh Mi places here, which is surprising; and a few Phở places. Not only traditional Bánh Mi, but 5-spice pork, and even a local crispy pork belly...

Well, considering that’s 6 to 7 American bucks that’s a steal for me. I will say the place in Melbourne I went to made a decent sized one where the one in Seattle was smaller….but also $2

@RedPlated
See Jeremy, now you know you need to open a sweet, side business of a Vietnamese sandwich truck and that’ll probably pay for most of your parts!
