They give you a ton of fresh cooked food...which is high in sodium and probably a bunch of other stuff since it tastes great. The alternative is to spend $16 on a salad with fresh chicken, or a sub shop that charges $14 for a roasted turkey sandwich which still leaves you hungry unless you get the large for $18.

I always get General Tso's chicken (they only use white meat for it). Comes with pork fried rice and soup all for $9.45. It's insane how much food they give you. Yeah, there is a Chinese buffet here that is like $10 all you can eat. It's a guilty pleasure, I go once every couple months and eat like a deranged king.
