Why did you let the power cab go? Why sell the EVH?

Sold the EVH to go back to line 6 HX. I needed some thing I was relatively light to carry around because my arthritis flares up after I lift up something heavy.

Sold the Powercab because I was only using frfr.
I got the Headrush at a good price so I used the rest of the cash to get my new strat.

I use a Helix Stomp + Headrush combination when I want to play something. That Headrush gets extremely loud when you turn the volume at the back.

Life got in the way and I only sold the Marshall for vet bills at the time. It let me save up for the metroplex afterwards so it’s not a complete wash but that 71 was nice.

The fender Strat I sold to help fund the 84 Norlin LPC. I wish I could have kept it but I never honestly played it anymore - the gibsons get all of the attention.

The 2240 needed restoration and I imported it from Japan. I knew I wasn’t going to get around to restoring it so I sold it.

I don’t regret it. I mean I liked having the stereo old school beasts but I would have wanted to mod it to superlead specs and put in a metroloop to use it as a slave amp and that was the wrong amp to do it on. It was all original and didn’t deserve what I had planned. I like the metroplex as it fits my bill. I really want to get an old Marshall headshell to run the metroplex into.

The nugget we rescued:

She had:
whip worm
Hook worm
Round worm
Fleas
Ticks
Bad ear infections that they had trouble diagnosing
An eye contusion from abuse
Overweight/malnourished

She had never walked on a leash and didn’t know life outside of a crate or back yard.

I don’t regret saving her but she was a $5,000 rescue.
