just bought the new AIC, i have to say that the electric guitar tones on this are fucking bad ass! wow! what speakers does Jerry use in his cabs?

His tech says he uses V30's with the Bogner and 25W Greenbacks with the Marsha.

All I can say is I have both of my main axes fitted with Afwayus and last night I had probably the best gig of my career.The sound was massive and flocks of dudes were asking me about my rig and pickups when I stepped off stage.I think Wade will be getting a few more orders soon.

With the new AIC release, you can really hear how Jerry is a very big factor to the entire band's vibe, backing vocals included. Even with Layne Staley gone (R.I.P.) it still sounds like early AIC IMO. Check My Brain!

Yeah, Jerry wrote a lot of that stuff too. His solo stuff is unreal too. I saw him open for Metallica at a Summer fest several years ago and he was great.

Glad he's making music again, and they found an acceptable replacement, although Layne was awesome. I remember being really bumbed out when he past, more so than Cobain.

I was at this show,i saw 2 Marshas,and a Fish with a Uberschall,the tone was darker,but not heavier
then ive heard in the past from him,sounded killer though.

Ouch! I thought you were using my pickups, But those that have them know the tone- The covers are a spit replica of earlie 50's paf's with the proper nickel content and NO flash copper plating. Getting ready to send out another load with some prototype A2's

Forgot to mention the Tele pickups on order also- Da,da,da,daaa!! The Neck Pickup is what really grabs you. A very unique character- A3 magnets,NOS wire, Grey Forbon bottoms, Wado's secret mojo sauce wind and a little fairy dust sprinkled in to be cool

They are. Basically everything before Friedman posted this thread stands as noted in ESP customs post. He used bogner fish's and whatever else.

Well, We do know for sure what is in the Bridge : ). Jerry hardly ever uses the Neck pickup anyway That's really what matters.
