I think it's possible to make an offset look cool...... if you call Thunderbirds and RDs offsets

My first electric was a 65 jaguar in lake placid blue. It is probably the most comfortable seated guitar ever built but I still hate jags and jazzmaster, especially the jags. Crappy trem crappy bridge crappy pickups and a bunch of switches that really didn't do anything worth a damn. As a kid it sure looked cool with all that chrome, switches, and dials.
