Just took the plunge and placed my order with Thomann Sweden for a new frontloaded Diezel 4x12" with the G12K100 !!
Hopefully the shipping won't kill my wallet :scared: :scared:

I was going to buy local here in Norway but the Distribution has very poor service, only 1 shop in the country with Diezels :gethim:
Anyway, I just hope it arrives safe and that it will also eat my ENGL V30 cab alive

Have a great weekend guys

Nice! I saw them yesterday on their website, but I can't figure out if those are the new German build cabs.
Do you know by any chance?

Hello Rødskjegg, nice nickname btw :D
No I don't know for a fact, but I assume it's not old stock they are selling!! Then there will be blood... :gethim: :gethim: :gethim:
Also, I'm not 100% certain on this, but I don't think the old cabs had the option of G12K100.

Hehehe thanks! ;)
I hope those are the new cabs, 'cause I'm really want one for my Herbert. I did send a mail to their guitar department, so I'll wait for a reply.
Also, Terry (Duolos) is currently on the lookout to get me one.

Those are definitely the new German cabs. Both of the cabs I bought from them are "Dillingen made".

You're gonne be in tone heaven soon...it will kill your Engl cab. :)

I LOVE mine. I have zero interest in any other cabs for my VH4.

Congrats!

also have one now for like four weeks.............its all you ever want

I also want one more.....there not cheap....but they are worth every penny!!!!

got the call from Thomann...the shipping will be 200 Euros :scared: :scared:
oh well, I'll just have to fork it up...but this thing better destroy everything else for this money

We have a distributor in Norway and Thomann
sells into the country ?

Hi Peter,

Yes that is correct. Although I would not call it "distribution" because it is only one shop, located in Trondheim. Tre45 Musikk.
I have contacted my local dealer regarding Diezel products in the past, and they said that Tre45 does not distribute to other dealers, which I guess makes them a more a monopoly.
I have also tried contacting Tre45 directly both by phone and by e-mail prior to my purchase with Thomann, and have not got a reply from them which is poor service.
That is why I went with Thomann in the end.

Which is totally understandable, and reflects real poorly onto this "distributor".

Just relax Steve...i think u have enuff cabs to hold u over.  it will be worth the wait. I waited like 4 months..it was worth it!! hope all is well!!
