I was at GC a couple of weeks ago checking out the new American Strat. Nice guitar, well built, I liked it alot. I then tried all the other ones priced at about $400.00 to $600.00 and the fret wire was sticking out on all of them about 1/32 of an inch.

Plus they have plenty of other low priced Kramers there. Heard good things about these. I have a Kramer Pacer from the 80's and these probably aren't built as well as that, but for the money they don't look too bad! Actually they do have some high end models , but the price is much higher.

oh, SHIT that reminds me of a guy I know, good heart but horrible building skills, and against my warnings, wanted to modify a shit neck Iby he got from a friend, deceided to burnish the 'fork' off the headstock to make it into something more like a hockey stick, turned out lookin like a CAC.... I think I laughed him into embarrassment an he never bolted it to anything I know of...
