Kyle captured how it sound in the room really well. I get that same kind on grin on my face he had every time I play through it. Speaking of which, I think it's time to go make some noise with the Alta :)

Didn't get past the first song.
Then skipped around and didn't get any better
 
Finally got to try an Alta yesterday. For rockers wanting the modded Marshalls goods then it's the real deal. Instantly gratifying tones, super fun to play and she looks great.

Well done Jason and Shea, really fantastic work.

No, they are different amps - both have 'old Marshall' DNA but totally different takes.

This thing is truly one of my favorite takes on the Marshall tone. I feel like all generations are represented here tonally, and unlike a lot of other modded M style amps, theye're all easily accessible with the midi functionality. Very well thought out design on top of being a tone monster.

I think my favorite oart about the amp is that channel 2 in stock format was really close to my 78 JMP. Still raw, has that marshall fatness/sag when diming the preamp gain but just a tad tighter, responsive to volume control on the guitar as well. click on modern and clipping and your right into super high gain modded 80's tones. So much fun
